Currently serving as both Project Manager and Project Architect for 4 fit-out projects at EXP while continuing project close-out for base building new construction. EXP is a 350,000SF multi-disciplinary science building at Northeastern University. Joining the team in late Schematic Design and staying on through construction, my team role has grown and evolved and now includes:

Preparing and leading presentations to clients and a diverse set of user-groups

Leading consultant coordination for fast-paced fit-out projects

Directing a team of 3-4 junior designers in tasks ranging from design studies to assembling and issuing Construction Documents

Communicating regularly with the CM and Owner teams throughout construction to ensure design intent is met

Contributing to overall C.A. efforts by managing Submittals and RFIs as well as issuing large-scale project Bulletins and assisting the Owner with permitting
